Fees
During our initial visit we offer advice on what needs to be done to
the property in order to make it more attractive to potential
purchasers or tenants. After this visit we will submit a written
estimate in which we detail what needs to be done and how much it will
cost. This visit is free if you decide to employ us to carry out the
work and obviously the cost is dependant on the amount and type of
work required.
You may choose to carry out the work yourself and feel that it is just
help with the initial decision making process, for this we will give
you the estimate as a guideline and we charge a rate of £250 for this
initial visit.
