	Arrange to view local schools and nurseries

	Negotiate price with Estate Agents on your behalf
	Maintain contact at any reasonable level requested by you, to keep you informed of progress throughout the search and purchase period
	Arrange all local registration such as doctors, dentists, nursery schools, vets etc

Once installed in your new home we can provide details of all local tradesmen and services.

Fees Initial registration fee of £250 (plus mileage) This fee includes an initial consultation to identify your personal requirements for your home. We then identify suitable properties which suit your requirements. We provide you with photos of homes viewed along with details about each property.  The registration fee covers the presentation of up to 10 shortlisted properties which best match your Search Brief. Should you want ShrewdMove to continue to short list properties, an additional fee will be charged.

Once contracts have been exchanged on your new home we charge a set fee of £1500.  We feel this is a fairer way of pricing than the traditional estate agent way of charging a percentage.  £1500 is less than 1% of the average house price.

Other services can be offered by negotiation.
